Our software forecasts prices and production, optimizes day-ahead commitments, re-decides intraday positions every hour, and accounts for every decision against realized market data. Customers operate real power plants on what we ship.

What you'll work on.

• Price and production forecasting models trained on real EPİAŞ market data
• Day-ahead and intraday optimization engines (MILP, heuristics, market simulation)
• Live execution and monitoring systems that run around the clock
• The portal our customers' operators use as their daily workstation

What we look for.

• Strong fundamentals over titles — we read code and reasoning, not just CVs
• Python and/or TypeScript in production; SQL you're not afraid of
• An angle: optimization, machine learning, market microstructure, or power-systems knowledge
• The will to own a system in production — including the unglamorous parts
• Curiosity about electricity markets; Turkish market knowledge is a plus, not a requirement

How we work. Small, senior, hands-on. You own real systems from your first weeks, your work faces real market outcomes daily, and honesty about what works is the house rule. Ankara base with hybrid flexibility.
